  • 30g / ¼ cup Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend

Recipe Tips

  • Use only the thick coconut cream: Refrigerate the coconut milk overnight and scoop out just the cream. This makes the milkshake extra thick and creamy.
  • Don’t over-blend the ice: Pulse just until the ice is crushed. Blending too much can make the milkshake watery.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste: Start with ¼ cup sweetener, then add more if needed for your preferred sweetness.
  • For a dairy-free option: Replace heavy cream with extra coconut cream for the same creamy texture.
  • Chill your glass: For a colder, frostier milkshake, place your glass in the freezer for 5 minutes before serving.

How To Store Leftovers?

  • Refrigerate: Pour the milkshake into an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to 1 day. Stir well before drinking, as it may separate over time.
  • Freeze: Pour the milkshake into ice cube trays and freeze for up to 1 month. When ready to serve, blend the frozen cubes with a splash of coconut milk or heavy cream until smooth.
